Workshop Hula Hoop Integral
In diesem Workshop von Jael Rodriguez erhaltet ihr eine Einführung in einige der grundlegenden Elemente der inklusiven Hula-Hoop-Praxis. Wir werden euch durch eine Auswahl von Aktivitäten und Ideen führen, die die Vielfalt und Anwendungen von Hula-Hoop aufzeigen.
Vorkenntnisse im Hula-Hoop sind nicht erforderlich.
Wir verfügen über einige Hoops, es wäre jedoch toll, wenn ihr, falls möglich, eure eigenen Hula Hoops mitbringen könntet, sowie ein Notizbuch und bequeme Kleidung.
Folgende Themen werden behandelt:
– Einführung in die Grundlagen der Hula-Hoop-Technik
– Klassifizierung von Körperbewegungen
– Anpassung für integrative Gruppen
– Auswirkungen von (inklusivem) Hula-Hoop für alle Teilnehmenden

Hier sind ein paar Vorschläge zur Orientierung:
- 0 €: Lass das Geld kein Hindernis sein, um teilzunehmen.
- 1 – 35 €: Gib dir selbst einen Rabatt und hilf uns, die Kosten zu decken.
- 35 – 50 €: Ein „normaler“ Preis.
- 50 + €: Spende Geld, damit wir diese Arbeit fortsetzen und Menschen mit weniger finanziellen Mitteln eine Teilnahme ermöglichen können.

In this workshop by Jael Rodriguez, you will receive an introduction to some of the basic elements of inclusive hula hoop practice. We will lead you through a selection of activities and ideas that demonstrate the variety and applications of hula hoop.
Previous experience in hula hoop is not required.
We have some hoops available, but it would be great if you could bring your own hula hoops if possible, as well as a notebook and comfortable clothing.
The following topics will be covered:
– Introduction to the basics of hula hoop technique.
– Classification of body movements
– Adaptation for inclusive groups
– Impact of (inclusive) hula hoop for all participants.
